Supported evaluation of software providers, developing analysis, socializing options and securing final approval
Facilitated project kickoff and design phase. Working with procurement, IT, Finance and software provider teams, developed timeline, resource requirements, communication plan, change management framework and steering committee structure. Initiated kickoff and weekly status meetings through design phase.
Implemented spend analytic program to analyze purchased goods and services using scalable cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Integrated spend analytics with SAP financial reporting system.
