Contract Manufacturing for pharmaceutical materials

Conducted request-for-proposal (RFP) for fill, finish and packaging contract manufacturing organization (CMO) services for pharma client. Working with technical operations, quality and the leadership teams defined issues with current supplier, required attributes, qualification process and timing. Led evaluation process, pricing negotiation and transfer schedule development to meet aggressive budget and timeline.

Corporate Card Services

Corporate card consolidation initiative for newly merged North American operations. Working with treasurer, procurement and executive leadership teams defined use of corporate card payments – physical and virtual – to manage purchases, payment terms and rebates.

Logistics – Freight Audit & Pay Services

Conducted RFP for freight audit and pay services for recently divested North American based industrial manufacturing entity. Led development of RFP, analysis, negotiation, contract management and implementation process. Implemented new service within constraints of Transition Service Agreement (TSA) timeline.

Deployed supplier management process for clinical and pre-clinical studies. Through process identified detail list of cost drivers: project activities, monitoring visit requirements, data management and biostatistics requirements.
